Service Description

In todays society we spend a lot of time rushing round and stress is on the increase, but we need to take some time out from our day to calm our mind and body and allow yourself time to heal and re cooperate. If you are living with stress or anxiety please feel encouraged to come and see me, the Reiki energy will soothe away these stressors and leave you feeling at peace. Allowing you time to focus on your own health and wellbeing is so important and I would encourage anyone suffering from this to seek Reiki. Reiki can be used to treat many symptoms, both mental and physical. Acute pain and injuries can be greatly eased and chronic symptoms treated successfully over a period of time. The Reiki energy will flow to where it is most needed, stimulating the bodies own natural healing and soothing aches and pains. Reiki supports all forms of complementary and orthodox medicine but should never be used to replace conventional treatments or medicine that are advised by a General practitioner.
