I am a dancer, strength and conditioning coach, dance science lecturer, supporting artist for TV & film, researcher and currently learning and multitude of circus skills including aerial hoop, juggling, handstands, cyr wheel and harness based dance.
I am passionate about discovering what your body is capable of, pushing your expectations to achieve amazing things! Strength and conditioning is about much more than just lifting weights, and I will ensure every person has a personalised approach, specific to their sport/performance and their goals. I love sharing knowledge as well as learning more myself, and I can therefore be found delivering lectures and workshops across the UK, specialising in physiology, biomechanics and fitness.
When I'm not teaching or coaching I can be found on a film or TV set, with juggling balls in bag for practicing between filming! Variety is the spice of life!

I am currently Lecturer in Dance Science at Middlesex University and Visiting Lecturer at University of Roehampton teaching dance science content across the undergraduate dance programme. Topics include physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, psychology, research methods and somatics.
I am also a regular guest lecturer on dance courses across the UK including Bath Spa University, Anglia Ruskin University, Queen Mary's University London, Kingston University, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, UCL and UK CAT programmes. I am a current IADMS Education Committee member and am currently researching strength training in dance at Kingston University with Dr James Brouner.
