This general strength training programme is designed for dancers who are new to strength and conditioning training. It will target upper body, core and lower body to give a good basis to develop key areas. This programme will take you through 4 weeks of progressive training with short videos of each exercise and coaching notes. 

 

Minimal equipment required (dumbells/kettlebells, swiss ball and pull up bar). Coaching is delivered via TrainingPeaks App which is free to download.
