A strong core is imperative for a dancer to enable us to move with ease and control. This programme focuses on dynamic core strength, your ability to brace your core during movement as it most often required in dance. This programme is not about sit ups!

 

Throught this 8 week programme we will progressively build our core stability from working on the floor to being able to stabilise and brace the course with less than 4 contact points (hands and feet) on the ground and when standing.

 

Minimal equipment required, this programme can be carried out at home or in the dance studio. Training is delivered via TrainingPeaks App which is free to download.
