Want to jump higher and faster? This is the plan for you. Over 8 weeks we will progressively develop your lower body strength and power to create high velocity (speed) and dramatic jumps. The first four weeks will focus on developing a good strength base before moving into power development.
Some strength training experience is required before taking on this programme. It is advised if you haven't already to follow the lower body strength programme first.
A gym is preferable for this programme to allow for sufficient overload. Training is delivered via TrainingPeaks App which is free to download.
