1:1 S&C and Reiki healing
1 hour 1:1 coaching followed by 1 hour reiki healing
Service Description
Why not treat yourself to 1 hour of 1:1 coaching to build strength, neuromuscular co-ordination and conditioning, followed by 1 hour of relaxation and Reiki Healing. Enjoy a private and uninterrupted 2 hours of me-time at Spot Performance, where you can work hard on your training programme and then follow it immediately with Reiki healing. Reiki is a form of universal healing which can support you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually; rebalancing the energy systems and aiding overall health and wellbeing. I am a Usui Tibetan trained Reiki Practitioner with direct lineage to Mikao Usui.
